The environment in the trailer plays a key role and reflects the development of the store. We showed the space before and after the changes: an empty hall, which is gradually filled with shelves, manga, figures and light. It was important to convey a sense of growth and progress — how a full-fledged anime shop is born out of a small room, which you want to go into, linger and consider the details.

Characters
In the center of the trailer are two main characters who create their own store together. Through their actions and interaction with the environment, we told the story of starting a business without words and dialogues. We paid special attention to the cat. He is constantly next to the characters, reacts to what is happening and adds lightness and charm to the trailer.
Workflow
The trailer was built around narrative and pace.
The RIK ANIMATION team worked on character animation,
the environment and rhythm of the video are like a whole story, from the first frame to the finale. The result was a project about and for animatniks, made by newcomers to the studio under the guidance of real veterans.
